Green tea herb has long been recognized for its overall wellness benefits, including weight loss help. The evidence is irrefutable. But are we missing something better?

It is true that green tea contains powerful antioxidants. These types of components contribute to lessening health risk  such as cancer and cardiovascular disease.

As a Fat Loss Expert, it has been my primary goal to discuss practical guidelines for those pursuing optimal health. Rooibos, also known as red tea, is equally high in antioxidants, however sourced from different elements to that of green tea. The antioxidants found in rooibos – aspalathin and nothofagin – are fairly rare, and help to regulate blood sugar levels, reduce too much fat production, stress, and inhibit metabolic disorders.

After the results of recent studies, alongside my own findings related to the major players in lasting weight loss, I consider red tea an essential. In addition to protecting against center disease, diabetes, Alzheimer’s and more, it is an accessible and effective answer to weight gain.

Red Tea Detox Program Now Available

This season I commenced the production of my Red Tea Detox. My goal was to harness the outstanding great things about rooibos whilst incorporating the ingredient with a number of other, similarly valuable elements.

Rooibos means red bush. The plant is readily available, with leaves that turn red upon bouillonnement. With so much potential to ease our health and wellness journeys, We considered it wrong to ignore the strength of the plant.

Unlike green tea, red tea really does not contain caffeine, and therefore drinking the combination at night won’t leave you jittery.

Another factor of its ultimate brilliance is simply – preference. The bitterness of green tea herb is often attributed to its high tannin content, which is less widespread in red tea.

Many health products do not aim to bridge the gap between grown ups and young children, but the quest for health is of equal importance for both demographics. Which is why I’ve designed a recipe that caters to all ages and tastes, with the introduction of any sweetened version of the recipe.

This particular Red Tea Detox Program is fresh and superb, already actively transforming lives since its launch.
